We have so many talented people working at Kinly and know the importance of making sure they have opportunities to grow and develop. All our hiring managers undertake continuous training to ensure they remain as inclusive as possible from the initial interview through to onboarding.

Our recruitment practices ensure that absolutely everybody has an equal opportunity to work for Kinly. We have programmes and employee groups to support people in our business and have made highly impactful changes to our hiring process that have enabled us to attract a more diverse range of talent.

Keeping up momentum

We want to accelerate our DEI journey and have set ourselves ambitious but clear goals. By 2026, we will be delivering 1,000 hours of employability training and careers support to underrepresented groups and people with barriers into the job market. By 2035, we are committed to having 35 per cent female representation across our business, 50 per cent female representation in our management board, and ten per cent disabled representation in our business. By 2050, we aim to have supported 10,000 people into a career in the technology sector.
