Kinly Client Service Managers (CSMs) are your central point of contact across all aspects of the Global Services portfolio and are also responsible for managing your Managed On-site (MOS) teams. Working closely with your key stakeholders, they oversee the successful delivery of managed service contracts against your agreed SLAs and KPIs.
CSMs are adept in high pressure scenarios and act as your eyes and ears for both on- and off-site projects. With intimate knowledge of your preferences, maximised availability and specialist skills, CSMs proactively ensure that Kinly teams continuously deliver the best results for you and people.
